Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions.
  • Process sales transactions using the store’s Management System, ensuring correct cash handling and receipt issuance.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the counter area, including stocking promotional materials and updating price tags.
  • Resolve customer complaints and queries promptly, escalating complex issues to the supervisor when necessary.
  • Assist in inventory checks, report stock discrepancies, and support restocking activities during shift changes.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily sales targets and uphold service standards.
  • Participate in regular training sessions on product knowledge, sales techniques, and system updates.
  • Adhere to company policies regarding safety, security, and data privacy, especially when handling customer information.
  • Prepare end‑of‑shift reports, reconcile cash drawers, and ensure all paperwork is accurately completed.
  • Contribute ideas for improving the customer journey and operational efficiency based on frontline observations.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar customer‑service or retail counter role.
  • Ability to work flexible shift schedules, including weekends (Monday‑Saturday).
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Basic proficiency in using a Store Management System and handling cash transactions.
  • Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; additional language abilities are a plus.
  • Professional appearance, punctuality, and a customer‑first attitude.
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift items up to 15 kg when needed.
