Introduction

This role is essential for supporting the daily operations of our film studio, ensuring that equipment, sets, and logistics run smoothly from pre‑production through post‑production. The ideal candidate will be a detail‑oriented male professional with at least a junior high school education (SMP/MTS or equivalent) and a minimum of one year of hands‑on experience in a similar technical or support role within the film or media industry.
The position offers a stable Monday‑to‑Saturday schedule, with working hours from 08:00 to 17:00, allowing you to develop your craft while contributing to high‑profile local and regional film projects. Responsibilities
- Assist the production team with the set‑up, movement, and maintenance of glass panels, backdrops, and other visual elements used in filming.
- Coordinate the transportation and inventory of technical equipment, ensuring all items are accounted for and in proper working condition.
- Support on‑set technical staff by handling cables, lighting fixtures, and rigging components under strict safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to industry hygiene standards to protect both personnel and equipment.
- Communicate effectively with directors, camera operators, and other crew members to anticipate needs and resolve issues promptly.
- Document daily progress, log equipment usage, and report any discrepancies to the Production Manager.
- Participate in pre‑production meetings to understand scene requirements and provide input on logistical feasibility.
- Assist in the teardown and proper storage of set pieces after each shooting day.
Requirements
- Male candidate, aged up to 30 years (maximum age requirement as defined by local labor regulations).
- Minimum education: SMP/MTS or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in film, television, or related technical support roles.
- Strong teamwork skills with the ability to follow instructions and contribute ideas.
- High level of precision, honesty, trustworthiness, and discipline.
- Resilience and a proactive, communicative attitude.
- Basic technical aptitude for handling lighting, rigging, and equipment logistics.
