Introduction

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Intern Rekrutmen dan Fulfillment to join our fast‑growing operations team in Pekanbaru. This role is ideal for recent graduates who are passionate about talent acquisition, especially mass hiring for operational and blue‑collar positions. You will work hands‑on in a dynamic environment, supporting the end‑to‑end recruitment lifecycle while gaining valuable exposure to workforce planning, payroll fundamentals, and on‑site talent engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Execute end‑to‑end recruitment for operational and blue‑collar roles, including sourcing, screening, initial interviews, and coordination with hiring managers.
  • Develop and maintain manpower plans to ensure staffing targets are met within defined timelines.
  • Assist the payroll team by understanding basic payroll processes and how they relate to workforce needs.
  • Design and implement recruitment strategies that align with business goals and current market conditions.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment administration: update databases, manage pipelines, and generate regular reports.
  • Conduct active canvassing activities such as walk‑in interviews, job fairs, flyer distribution, and mass‑hiring events.
  • Build and nurture a talent pool, establishing ongoing communication with potential candidates in the assigned geographic area.
  • Represent the company professionally on‑site, fostering trust and a positive employer brand among candidates.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly summary reports that capture recruitment metrics, challenges, and successes.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including operations, HR, and finance—to ensure seamless onboarding and workforce integration.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum a Bachelor’s degree in Management, Psychology, Communications, or a related field (must not be a current student).
  • Age & Gender: Male, 23 – 26 years old.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of hands‑on recruitment experience, preferably with mass‑hiring or blue‑collar focus.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Meet), job portals, and Canva; personal laptop required.
  • Core Competencies: Strong communication, proactive attitude, high initiative, ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
  • Mindset: Growth‑oriented, receptive to feedback, eager to continuously learn and develop professional skills.
  • Field Work: Willingness to work on‑site for recruitment drives, interviews, and community outreach.
  • Soft Skills: Critical and strategic thinking, creative problem‑solving, data‑driven analysis, and rapid adaptability.
