Introduction
Adira Finance is seeking a diligent and results‑driven Petugas Remedial (Penagihan) to join our team at the Sambas branch in West Kalimantan. This full‑time position is responsible for managing the overdue accounts receivable (A/R) portfolio, ensuring that collections are performed accurately and within the stipulated timelines. The successful candidate will work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 16:00, and will be placed at the branch office that aligns with the employee’s domicile.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and follow up on overdue loan payments, ensuring all collection activities are completed on schedule.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on collection performance and present findings to senior management.
- Conduct phone calls, send reminder letters, and arrange on‑site visits to negotiate repayment plans with borrowers.
- Coordinate with the credit analysis team to verify borrower information and assess repayment capacity.
- Update the internal CRM system with accurate call logs, payment status, and any agreed‑upon settlements.
- Identify high‑risk accounts, propose mitigation strategies, and escalate critical cases to the collection manager.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (or S1) in any discipline; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Male candidates only, aged 29 years or younger.
- At least 1 year of experience in credit monitoring, debt collection, or a related finance function; experience is a strong plus.
- Solid understanding of multifinance business processes and a clear orientation toward achieving collection targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proven negotiation abilities.
- High integrity, perseverance, attention to detail, and honesty in handling confidential financial data.
- Proficiency in using credit management software and standard office applications (MS Office).
- Willingness to work at the Adira branch that corresponds to the candidate’s place of residence.
