Responsibilities
- Conduct field surveys and deliver product and company presentations at the sub‑district (kecamatan) and village (desa) levels to raise awareness and generate leads.
- Coordinate and confirm meeting schedules with partner groups (kumpulan), ensuring all appointments are documented and follow‑up actions are clear.
- Monitor, coach, and evaluate the performance of the branch team, providing constructive feedback and setting measurable targets.
- Report daily projected realizations, partner counts, and real financing needs to senior management, adhering to agreed Service Level Agreements (SLA).
- Perform periodic on‑site monitoring of all registered partner groups to verify compliance and address operational challenges.
- Prepare comprehensive monthly branch reports covering financial results, operational metrics, and strategic recommendations.
- Lead weekly branch meetings to review performance, discuss obstacles, and plan activities for the upcoming week.
- Identify growth opportunities within the local market, propose new product initiatives, and collaborate with the head office on implementation.
- Ensure strict adherence to internal policies, regulatory requirements, and risk‑management protocols.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; all study fields accepted.
- Maximum age: 35 years.
- At least 2 years of experience in micro‑finance, small‑business lending, or related banking services.
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory or team‑lead experience, with demonstrated ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, high discipline, and integrity.
- Proficiency in analytical thinking, branch management, debt collection processes, and strategic decision‑making.
- Valid motorcycle license (SIM C) and ownership of a motorcycle for local travel.
- Gender: open to all.
- Availability to work Monday‑Friday, 08:00 – 17:00.
