Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Sales Akuisisi Merchant EDC to join our growing team in the Kabupaten Bulukumba area. This role focuses on canvassing small and medium‑size enterprises (UMKM) and introducing them to our state‑of‑the‑art Electronic Data Capture (EDC) machines. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new merchant relationships, meeting daily sales targets, and contributing to the expansion of our payment solutions network across the region.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct proactive field visits to UMKM locations, presenting the benefits and features of our EDC solutions.
  • Achieve a daily sales quota of 2‑3 new merchant sign‑ups, tracking progress against weekly and monthly targets.
  • Maintain an up‑to‑date pipeline in the CRM system, ensuring accurate documentation of prospects, follow‑ups, and closed deals.
  • Provide on‑site demonstrations, address technical queries, and assist merchants with the onboarding process.
  • Collaborate with the regional sales manager and marketing team to align outreach strategies with local market trends.
  • Report market feedback, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to help shape product enhancements.
  • Uphold company standards of professionalism, integrity, and customer service in every interaction.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of proven experience in a sales or field‑marketing role, preferably within financial services or technology.
  • Possession of a valid SIM C (motorcycle license) and ownership of a reliable two‑wheel vehicle for daily canvassing.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust quickly with diverse business owners.
  • Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and comfortable working independently in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Basic proficiency with sales analysis tools and the ability to interpret performance data.
  • Open to working Monday through Saturday, 08:00‑17:00.
