Introduction

PT Bina Artha Ventura, a leading micro‑finance institution in Indonesia, is seeking a dynamic and results‑driven individual to join our team as Kepala Cabang Takalar – Pare‑Pare. The role is based in the Takalar and Pare‑Pare branch locations and serves as the primary point of leadership for all daily operations, business development, and performance monitoring within the branch. Responsibilities

  • Daily Operations Management: Oversee the day‑to‑day activities of the branch, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and in compliance with company SOPs.
  • Performance Monitoring: Regularly evaluate the performance of Business Officers (BO) and cash/administration staff, providing coaching, feedback, and corrective actions as needed.
  • Target Achievement: Ensure that each subordinate meets or exceeds the financial and operational targets set by the Area and Branch Managers.
  • Business Development: Identify growth opportunities, drive loan portfolio expansion, and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients while adhering to risk‑management guidelines.
  • Coordination & Consolidation: Act as the liaison between the branch, the Area Manager, and the corporate head office, consolidating reports and aligning strategies.
  • Monitoring & Reporting: Conduct systematic monitoring of all branch activities, prepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reports, and present findings to senior management.
  • Problem Solving: Resolve internal and external issues promptly, coordinate with the central office for resources, and implement sustainable solutions that protect the interests of PT Bina Artha Ventura.
  • Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure strict adherence to regulatory requirements, internal controls, and the company’s risk‑assessment framework.
  • Team Leadership: Foster a collaborative culture, motivate staff, and lead by example to maintain high morale and professional development.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: D3/D4 (Associate or Bachelor degree) in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in micro‑finance or related financial services, with a proven track record of managing a team.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in Bahasa Indonesia and preferably English.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and sustain relationships with internal stakeholders, clients, and external partners.
  • Result‑oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and surpassing targets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office productivity tools.
  • Valid motor vehicle (two‑wheel) and a current SIM C (motorcycle driving license).
  • Open to candidates of any gender; the role does not have an age limit.
  • Excellent problem‑solving abilities and the capacity to handle multiple tasks under pressure.
