Introduction

We are seeking a motivated and results‑driven Sales Pengambilan Order (TO) to join our expanding team in the Rengat area. This position plays a critical role in bridging the gap between our product portfolio and the end‑customer, ensuring that orders are captured accurately, delivered on time, and that customer relationships are nurtured for long‑term growth. The ideal candidate will be a self‑starter with a passion for sales, strong communication skills, and a willingness to travel across the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect new customers within the Rengat region, using cold‑calling, networking events, and referrals.
  • Visit existing accounts on a regular schedule to collect orders, address concerns, and promote upselling opportunities.
  • Accurately record order details in the company’s CRM system and ensure all documentation complies with internal standards.
  • Coordinate with the logistics and warehouse teams to confirm product availability, delivery dates, and resolve any fulfillment issues.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to provide actionable insights to the sales manager.
  • Maintain a personal sales pipeline, set weekly and monthly targets, and report performance metrics to senior management.
  • Provide on‑site product demonstrations and training for customers when required.
  • Handle post‑sale follow‑up, ensuring customer satisfaction and encouraging repeat business.
  • Travel to out‑of‑town locations as needed, representing the company with professionalism and integrity.
  • Participate in periodic sales meetings, training sessions, and promotional events to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Age not exceeding 30 years.
  • At least 1 year of proven experience in sales, order taking, or field marketing.
  • Residency within or near the Rengat area with willingness to cover the designated territory.
  • Strong passion for sales; fresh graduates with the right attitude are welcome to apply.
  • Target‑oriented mindset with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Own an Android smartphone with a minimum of 4 GB RAM for using mobile sales applications.
  • Valid SIM C driver’s license and personal motorcycle for field travel.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Basic analytical skills to assess competitor actions and market conditions.
  • Willingness to undertake occasional out‑of‑city assignments.
