Introduction
Gedank Cell, a rapidly expanding retail chain specializing in consumer electronics and mobile accessories, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Kepala Departemen Penjualan Toko (Head of Store Sales Department). This senior leadership position will oversee all sales activities across our network of stores, drive revenue growth, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate is a results‑oriented male professional, up to 35 years of age, who demonstrates honesty, discipline, and strong responsibility.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies that align with corporate targets and regional market dynamics.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of store managers and sales associates, fostering a high‑performance culture.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales volume, conversion rates, average transaction value, and inventory turnover, providing regular reports to senior management.
- Collaborate with the merchandising and marketing departments to plan promotional campaigns, product launches, and visual merchandising standards.
- Conduct regular store visits across all Gedank Cell branches to assess performance, coach staff, and ensure compliance with brand standards.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new growth opportunities.
- Manage the sales budgeting process, forecast revenue, and control expenses to maximize profitability.
- Implement a robust customer relationship management (CRM) system to track leads, follow‑up, and enhance loyalty programs.
- Ensure all sales staff adhere to company policies, safety regulations, and ethical standards.
- Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and continuous training initiatives for the sales team.
Requirements
- Male candidate, maximum age of 35 years.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Proven ability to lead and inspire a sales team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data‑driven decision making.
- Honesty, discipline, and a high level of personal responsibility.
- Prior experience in retail sales, preferably in electronics or mobile accessories, is a distinct advantage.
- Willingness to be assigned to any Gedank Cell branch nationwide.
- Proficiency with store management systems and basic Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with occasional weekend events or promotions.
