The role is based in Indonesia and will be responsible for driving spare‑part sales across all Astra UD Trucks branches. Responsibilities

  • Ensure the achievement of spare‑part sales targets for every Astra UD Trucks branch, aligning with quarterly and annual revenue goals.
  • Monitor the entire sales cycle—including pricing, inventory availability, order fulfillment, and delivery—to guarantee a seamless customer experience.
  • Analyze branch‑level part‑sales productivity, generate performance reports, and propose corrective actions when necessary.
  • Enforce compliance with established sales guidelines, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with the procurement and logistics teams to maintain optimal stock levels and reduce lead times.
  • Lead and mentor a team of sales representatives, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and teamwork.
  • Utilize SAP and Microsoft Office tools to track sales metrics, forecast demand, and prepare management presentations.
  • Identify emerging market trends and new business opportunities within the automotive aftermarket.
  • Coordinate promotional activities, special pricing programs, and after‑sales support initiatives.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: Diploma III (D3) or higher; preferred fields are Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Management.
  • Academic performance: Minimum GPA of 3.00.
  • At least 1 year of proven experience in spare‑part or B2B sales, preferably within the automotive industry.
  • Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and develop a sales team.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills; gender is not a restriction.
  • Proficiency in SAP ERP, Microsoft Office (especially Excel), and basic familiarity with SAP2000 for technical reference.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and make data‑driven decisions.
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and competent in English for corporate correspondence.
