The role focuses on building strong relationships with residential and small‑business customers, ensuring timely payment of their broadband services, and delivering a positive brand experience. Responsibilities
- Receive a curated list of Indihome customers each month and plan efficient visitation routes using the My Vista mobile application.
- Travel to assigned customer locations on a motorcycle, adhering to safety protocols and company guidelines.
- Conduct face‑to‑face meetings to explain service usage, billing cycles, and payment options, tailoring the conversation to each customer’s needs.
- Collect outstanding payments, issue receipts, and update transaction records in real‑time via the Android device.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross‑selling additional Indihome packages and report potential leads to the sales supervisor.
- Provide on‑site troubleshooting assistance for basic connectivity issues, escalating complex cases to the technical support team.
- Maintain accurate logs of daily activities, customer feedback, and any disputes, ensuring data integrity within the My Vista system.
- Participate in regular training sessions and product briefings to stay current on Indihome service features, promotional offers, and compliance requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Strong interpersonal and public‑communication skills; ability to convey technical information in simple terms.
- Proficiency in operating Android smartphones or similar devices for data entry and navigation.
- Own a valid motorcycle and a Class C driver’s license (SIM C).
- High level of honesty, attention to detail, and a responsible attitude toward cash handling.
- Flexibility to work standard office hours (08:00 – 17:00) and occasional overtime during peak collection periods.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a collaborative spirit with the field team and back‑office staff.
- Basic literacy in Indonesian; additional language skills are a plus but not required.
