Introduction
PT. Nusantara Logistik Indonesia is seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Kepala Divisi Logistik dan Operasi to lead its warehouse, distribution, and B2B supply‑chain functions. This senior role sits at the strategic core of the organization, ensuring that all logistical operations are executed safely, efficiently, and in line with the company’s financial targets. The successful candidate will be responsible for translating corporate goals into actionable plans, overseeing a multidisciplinary team, and driving continuous improvement across the entire logistics network.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive logistics strategies that align with corporate objectives and market demand.
- Lead day‑to‑day warehouse operations, ensuring compliance with K3 (occupational health and safety) standards and optimal use of material‑handling equipment.
- Interpret and enforce all relevant Warehouse and Distribution regulations, including customs, import/export, and local government policies.
- Manage B2B relationships, negotiating contracts, monitoring service level agreements, and evaluating ROI for each partnership.
- Oversee financial performance metrics such as cost per pallet, inventory turnover, and overall supply‑chain profitability.
- Coordinate with procurement, sales, and finance teams to synchronize demand forecasting with inventory planning.
- Mentor, coach, and evaluate a team of supervisors, warehouse staff, and logistics coordinators, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous learning.
- Implement Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to reduce waste, improve process flow, and increase operational agility.
- Prepare regular performance reports for senior management, highlighting key KPIs, risk assessments, and improvement initiatives.
- Maintain a structured work schedule: Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00, while ensuring adequate shift coverage and overtime management when needed.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Academic achievement of at least a 3.00 GPA.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in a supervisory or managerial logistics role.
- Strong knowledge of K3 safety practices and hands‑on experience with warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, conveyors, etc.).
- Deep understanding of warehouse and distribution policies, local regulations, and international trade compliance.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze B2B contracts, calculate ROI, and drive financial performance improvements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead diverse teams and negotiate with external partners.
- Proficiency in logistics software (WMS, ERP) and Microsoft Office Suite.
