We are seeking a motivated Assistant Technician – Operational Support for Equipment to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Assist senior technicians in routine maintenance and cleaning of carwash machinery, including pressure washers, conveyor systems, and water treatment units.
- Perform detailed auto‑detailing tasks such as interior vacuuming, exterior polishing, paint correction, and protective coating application.
- Monitor equipment performance, report any malfunctions, and support quick troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to health‑and‑safety protocols and proper chemical handling procedures.
- Collaborate with the service desk to log support tickets, track resolution progress, and ensure clear communication with both internal teams and customers.
- Provide courteous assistance to customers, answer basic inquiries about services, and guide them through the detailing process.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on the latest carwash technologies, detailing techniques, and eco‑friendly cleaning solutions.
- Assist in inventory management, including ordering supplies, checking stock levels, and ensuring proper storage of cleaning agents.
- Support the team during peak hours by multitasking efficiently, prioritizing tasks, and maintaining a fast‑paced workflow.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
