Requirements
- Minimum education: Master’s degree (S2) in Education, PGPAUD, Psychology, or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in PGPAUD, Psychology, or a comparable discipline is also required.
- At least 2 years of experience as a head or deputy head of a kindergarten (TK) or early childhood (PAUD) institution, demonstrating proven leadership capabilities.
- Fluent in English with the ability to communicate actively and effectively in both spoken and written forms.
- Strong grounding in Islamic education; memorization of the Quran and formal Islamic studies are highly preferred.
- Excellent leadership, management, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct needs assessments and develop tailored educational programs (Pemetaan Kebutuhan Pendidikan).
