  • Prepare regular reports for the school board and stakeholders, highlighting achievements, challenges, and strategic initiatives.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: Master’s degree (S2) in Education, PGPAUD, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Bachelor’s degree (S1) in PGPAUD, Psychology, or a comparable discipline is also required.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a head or deputy head of a kindergarten (TK) or early childhood (PAUD) institution, demonstrating proven leadership capabilities.
  • Fluent in English with the ability to communicate actively and effectively in both spoken and written forms.
  • Strong grounding in Islamic education; memorization of the Quran and formal Islamic studies are highly preferred.
  • Excellent leadership, management, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct needs assessments and develop tailored educational programs (Pemetaan Kebutuhan Pendidikan).
  • Female candidates only, as specified by the organization’s gender policy.
  • Age limit: applicants must be within the permissible age range as defined by local regulations (maximum age not exceeding the statutory limit).
  • Proven experience in curriculum design, staff mentoring, and community outreach.
