Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Officer Penjualan (Pemasaran) to join our growing sales team in Sibuhuan. This role is pivotal in driving revenue by promoting our product portfolio to both existing and new customers across the region. The successful candidate will act as the primary liaison between the company, distribution channels, and end‑users, ensuring seamless order processing, credit application management, and post‑sale support.
The position offers a structured work schedule from Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00, and provides the opportunity to develop a robust network within the automotive and industrial distribution sectors.
Responsibilities
- Proactively market and present the company’s products to existing customers and prospect new accounts.
- Generate sales orders through various distribution channels, collect initial data, and verify customer information.
- Prepare and complete all required documentation for credit applications, ensuring compliance with internal policies.
- Track the progress of each credit application, liaise with the finance department, and promptly communicate approval or rejection decisions to dealers and customers.
- Inform customers of payment due dates, designated payment locations, and any additional terms or conditions they must observe.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with logistics, after‑sales service, and marketing teams to guarantee timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities, contributing to the achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Participate in regular sales meetings, share market insights, and propose strategic initiatives to expand market share.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 in any discipline.
- Age: maximum 30 years.
- Gender: male (as specified by the client).
- At least 1 year of experience in B2C sales, preferably in automotive, machinery, or related distribution sectors.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively and build lasting relationships.
- High level of integrity, diligence, attention to detail, and honesty.
- Self‑motivated, resilient, and capable of working independently while meeting deadlines.
- Own a valid driver’s license (SIM A/C) and personal vehicle for field visits.
- Open to placement based on domicile, ensuring proximity to target markets.
- Key competencies: sales management, interpersonal communication, sales‑oriented mindset, target achievement, and problem‑solving.
