We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Kepala Toko Cabang for our premium outlet in Jambi. This pivotal role will oversee the daily operations of Martabak Manis Pandawa, a beloved brand known for its high‑quality sweet martabak and exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will combine strong leadership abilities with a keen eye for detail, ensuring that the outlet consistently meets sales targets, maintains product excellence, and delivers a welcoming experience for every guest.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise all aspects of outlet operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and compliance with health and safety standards.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve or surpass the monthly omzet (revenue) targets set by corporate headquarters.
- Plan, schedule, and monitor staff rosters, ensuring optimal coverage during peak hours while maintaining labor cost efficiency.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, provide coaching, and foster a culture of continuous improvement among the team.
- Oversee inventory management: forecast demand, place orders, receive deliveries, and perform stock counts to minimize waste and prevent stock‑outs.
- Maintain strict quality control of all products, guaranteeing that each martabak meets the brand’s taste, appearance, and portion standards.
- Address customer feedback promptly, turning complaints into opportunities for service recovery and brand loyalty.
- Ensure the outlet’s cleanliness, sanitation, and overall presentation align with corporate branding guidelines.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for senior management, highlighting sales performance, labor efficiency, and inventory variances.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to launch new menu items and promotional campaigns at the outlet level.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (Associate or Bachelor degree) in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of proven experience managing a retail or food‑service outlet, preferably within a quick‑service or bakery environment.
- Female candidates only, as specified by the company’s operational policy.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and make data‑driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of motivating a diverse team.
- Demonstrated proficiency in inventory control, budgeting, and staff scheduling.
- Ability to work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00, with occasional flexibility for special events.
