Introduction
We are seeking an energetic Agency Marketing Representative to join our dynamic team in Mojokerto. This role is focused on generating new financing leads for both consumer and business purposes, leveraging the security of motor vehicle BPKB (Vehicle Ownership Certificate) as collateral. The successful candidate will work on the ground, engaging directly with prospects through flyering, door‑to‑door visits, and by recruiting and managing Business Agents (BAs) who act as an extended sales force.

Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential customers who require financing for personal consumption or business capital, using BPKB‑secured loan products.
- Conduct field activities such as flyering, door‑to‑door canvassing, and participation in local events to raise brand awareness and capture qualified leads.
- Recruit, train, and supervise Business Agents (BAs) to expand the distribution network, ensuring they meet defined performance standards.
- Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with recruited BAs, providing coaching, performance feedback, and incentives to boost loyalty and productivity.
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly targets, reporting progress to senior management and adjusting tactics to meet or exceed goals.
- Prepare and present loan proposals to prospective clients, explaining terms, benefits, and repayment schedules in clear, understandable language.
- Collaborate with the marketing and underwriting teams to refine promotional materials and streamline the application process.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, company policies, and ethical standards throughout the sales cycle.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (Associate or Bachelor’s degree) in any discipline; graduates from all fields are welcomed.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience in sales, marketing, or financial services.
- Active driver’s license (SIM C/A) and personal vehicle for field work.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport quickly and work collaboratively.
- Highly motivated, target‑driven, and comfortable working independently in a fast‑paced, outdoor environment.
- Strong organizational abilities, with a proven track record of meeting deadlines and managing multiple prospects simultaneously.
