Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Kepala Toko Utama to lead our flagship outlet in Bekasi. This pivotal role will oversee the day‑to‑day operations of the Premium Outlet Martabak Manis Pandawa, ensuring that both financial targets and brand standards are consistently met. The ideal candidate is a motivated female professional with at least a D3/D4 education, a minimum of one year of retail management experience, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities
- Directly manage all operational aspects of the premium martabak outlet, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Develop, monitor, and achieve weekly and monthly sales targets, employing data‑driven strategies to boost average ticket size and foot traffic.
- Create and maintain staff schedules, conduct regular performance reviews, and provide coaching to improve teamwork, productivity, and morale.
- Ensure product quality by supervising preparation processes, conducting periodic taste tests, and enforcing strict hygiene standards.
- Oversee inventory management: forecast demand, place orders, track stock levels, and minimize waste through accurate stock rotation.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly, turning challenging situations into opportunities for loyalty building.
- Generate daily and weekly operational reports for senior management, highlighting sales performance, labor costs, and inventory variances.
- Implement promotional campaigns and local marketing initiatives in coordination with the corporate marketing team.
- Maintain a clean, welcoming store environment that reflects the premium positioning of the brand.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum D3/D4 (Associate or Bachelor degree) in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Age: Up to 30 years old.
- Gender: Female.
- Experience: At least 1 year of supervisory or store‑manager experience in food‑service or retail environments.
- Core Skills: Strong operational management, inventory control, sales analysis, and team leadership.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, problem‑solving, time‑management, and a customer‑centric attitude.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with POS systems, Microsoft Office (Excel for reporting), and basic accounting principles.
- Work Schedule: Monday‑Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
