Introduction

We are seeking a motivated Administrator Bisnis Channeling to join our fast‑growing operations in Palembang. This role is pivotal in managing the flow of business channel orders, ensuring accurate data entry, and facilitating smooth credit approval processes for our financing products. The successful candidate will act as a bridge between customers, the sales support team, and internal credit assessment units, delivering high‑quality service while upholding the company’s standards of integrity and precision.

Responsibilities

  • Follow up on all incoming orders generated through the Business Channeling source, ensuring timely acknowledgment and processing.
  • Collect, verify, and enter comprehensive consumer and financing object data into the ACCTION system, maintaining 100% data accuracy.
  • Input order details received via the dicicilaja platform, linking each entry to the appropriate customer profile and financing product.
  • Review credit applications against RAC (Risk Assessment Committee) outcomes and consumer grading, flagging any discrepancies for further review.
  • Communicate credit approval decisions to applicants promptly, providing clear explanations of next steps or required documentation.
  • Prepare and dispatch survey orders to the Survey Operations Center (SOC), coordinating schedules and ensuring field teams have all necessary information.
  • Liaise closely with the Sales & Handover Center (SHC) to monitor the status of ongoing consumer orders, resolving any issues that arise during the hand‑over phase.
  • Maintain a meticulous audit trail of all data entries, updates, and communications for compliance and reporting purposes.
  • Support periodic data quality reviews, suggest process improvements, and participate in training sessions to stay current with system upgrades.
  • Uphold confidentiality of customer information and adhere to internal data protection policies at all times.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; further education in business administration is a plus.
  • Age: Must be 30 years old or younger.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in an administrative, data‑entry, or credit‑processing role, preferably within a financial services or fintech environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient with standard office software (Microsoft Office, especially Excel), and comfortable learning specialized systems such as ACCTION.
  • Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, high level of integrity, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
  • Language: Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is advantageous for internal documentation.
  • Personal Traits: Organized, able to work under tight deadlines, and capable of juggling multiple orders simultaneously while maintaining quality standards.
