We are seeking a proactive Pendamping Project Edukasi Pengguna to join our dynamic implementation team. In this role, you will serve as the primary liaison between our technical specialists and end‑users, ensuring a smooth rollout of new systems and maximizing user adoption. Responsibilities
- Accompany users throughout the entire implementation lifecycle, providing real‑time assistance and guidance.
- Design, deliver, and evaluate training sessions on system usage, tailoring content to varying skill levels.
- Create comprehensive educational materials—including manuals, quick‑reference guides, video tutorials, and FAQs—to support ongoing user competency.
- Identify implementation bottlenecks, gather user feedback, and propose practical solutions to overcome technical or procedural challenges.
- Compile detailed reports on user engagement, training effectiveness, and post‑implementation feedback for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with project managers, developers, and quality assurance teams to align user expectations with project deliverables.
- Maintain a schedule that adheres to the standard work week (Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00) while accommodating occasional client‑specific timing needs.
- Continuously update personal knowledge of the latest system features and industry best practices to ensure training relevance.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Business, Information Technology, Education, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in user support, training, or implementation assistance.
- Strong verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and, preferably, English.
- Demonstrated ability to create clear, engaging instructional content.
- Excellent problem‑solving mindset with the capacity to diagnose and resolve user issues quickly.
- Comfortable working with diverse genders and backgrounds; inclusive attitude is essential.
- Proficiency with common office software, learning management systems, and basic troubleshooting tools.
- Flexibility to work six days a week (Monday to Saturday) within the 08:00‑17:00 shift.
