Responsibilities
- Operate company vehicles to transport goods, passengers, or equipment on assigned routes from Monday to Saturday, adhering to the schedule of 08:00‑17:00.
- Perform routine pre‑trip inspections, checking brakes, fluid levels, tire pressure, lights, and safety equipment before each journey.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues on‑the‑spot, conducting minor repairs such as oil changes, filter replacements, brake adjustments, and battery maintenance.
- Maintain detailed logs of mileage, fuel consumption, service records, and any incidents, ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards.
- Coordinate with the dispatch team to report delays, route changes, or vehicle concerns promptly.
- Assist in scheduled preventive maintenance programs, including full service checks, alignment, and major part replacements in collaboration with senior technicians.
- Uphold safety protocols, wear required personal protective equipment, and ensure the vehicle interior and exterior remain clean and presentable.
- Provide courteous customer service when interacting with clients, delivering goods safely and addressing any on‑site inquiries professionally.
- Participate in regular training sessions on new vehicle technologies, safety regulations, and efficient driving techniques.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; SMP level acceptable for basic mechanical tasks.
- Age: up to 30 years old.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Valid driver’s license for the vehicle class operated (typically A or B).
- At least 0‑2 years of experience in driving or vehicle maintenance; fresh graduates with a strong willingness to learn are encouraged.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and effectively in Bahasa Indonesia (and preferably basic English).
- Proven capacity to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to changing route conditions.
- Team‑oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate closely with dispatchers, fellow drivers, and maintenance staff.
- Basic mechanical aptitude for motor vehicles, including familiarity with common tools and diagnostic procedures.
