Introduction
The Kids Club Attendant, also known as a Roxity Animator, is a dynamic, front‑line role dedicated to delivering memorable, safe, and engaging experiences for children staying at our hospitality property. Working Monday through Saturday from 08:00 to 17:00, you will be the heart of our kids’ program, ensuring that families enjoy peace of mind while their little ones explore, learn, and play under your enthusiastic guidance.
This position is ideal for energetic individuals who thrive in a lively environment, possess strong communication abilities in both Bahasa Indonesia and English, and demonstrate a genuine passion for hospitality service.
Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and supervise daily activities such as arts & crafts, games, storytelling, and themed workshops tailored to various age groups.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and child‑friendly environment by conducting regular safety checks of equipment, toys, and play areas.
- Welcome children and their families, provide clear instructions, and answer questions in both Bahasa and English.
- Monitor attendance, keep accurate records of participant ages, health information, and any special requirements.
- Collaborate with the hotel’s front desk and housekeeping teams to coordinate schedules, special events, and birthday celebrations.
- Resolve minor conflicts or behavioral issues with patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
- Assist in preparing simple refreshments and snacks while adhering to hygiene standards.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay current on child safety protocols, first‑aid procedures, and innovative activity ideas.
- Provide feedback to management on program effectiveness and suggest improvements based on guest experiences.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: Open to all candidates, with a maximum limit of 0 years (interpreted as no upper age restriction).
- Fluent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both spoken and written.
- Demonstrated trustworthiness, high motivation, flexibility, and a consistently positive attitude.
- Basic understanding of hospitality service standards and a genuine love for working with children.
- Ability to work six days a week (Monday‑Saturday) from 08:00 to 17:00.
- No prior experience required; on‑the‑job training will be provided.
