Introduction
PT Bina Artha Ventura, a reputable financing institution operating across Sumatra, is expanding its field team in the Muara Dua, Oku Selatan region. We are seeking motivated and service‑oriented individuals to join us as Account Officers (AO) – Field Representatives. This role is pivotal in empowering low‑to‑middle‑income women entrepreneurs by providing them with capital, guidance, and ongoing support to grow their small businesses.

Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential partner women from low‑to‑middle‑income backgrounds who are interested in starting or expanding a micro‑enterprise.
- Organize and nurture productive groups of up to ten women, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages peer learning and collective success.
- Disburse business‑development loans in accordance with the company’s credit policies, ensuring that funds are allocated efficiently and responsibly.
- Provide continuous coaching on business planning, cash‑flow management, marketing strategies, and problem‑solving to help partners achieve sustainable growth.
- Maintain strong, trust‑based relationships with each partner, acting as the primary point of contact for inquiries, support, and feedback.
- Collect loan repayments on a bi‑weekly schedule, coordinating meetings and ensuring accurate documentation of payments.
- Prepare regular reports on group performance, loan utilization, and repayment status for internal monitoring.
- Collaborate with the back‑office team to resolve any operational issues, such as documentation errors or payment discrepancies.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions, community outreach events, and promotional activities to raise awareness of Bina Artha Ventura’s financing solutions.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: 30 years or younger.
- All genders are welcome to apply.
- No prior experience required; fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged.
- Key competencies: effective communication, basic marketing know‑how, problem‑solving ability, and a genuine passion for community development.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned area.
- Proficiency in Indonesian; basic English is a plus.
