Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation of menu items, including chopping, slicing, marinating, and assembling dishes according to standardized recipes.
  • Operate and maintain kitchen equipment such as ovens, grills, fryers, mixers, and food processors safely and efficiently.
  • Monitor inventory levels, receive deliveries, and ensure proper storage of perishable and non‑perishable goods.
  • Maintain a spotless work area by regularly cleaning countertops, utensils, and cooking stations, and adhering to strict sanitation protocols.
  • Support the head chef and line cooks by executing prep tasks, plating orders, and restocking ingredients during service peaks.
  • Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper handling of food allergens and hazardous materials.
  • Collaborate with fellow team members to coordinate workflow, communicate any issues promptly, and foster a cooperative kitchen atmosphere.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to improve culinary techniques, food safety knowledge, and customer service skills.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Age: 29 years or younger.
  • Gender: Open to all genders.
  • Prior experience in a kitchen setting is preferred but not mandatory; on‑the‑job training will be provided.
  • Demonstrated honesty, discipline, and a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and communicate effectively with peers and supervisors.
  • Must not be currently enrolled in a full‑time academic program.
  • Commitment to regular attendance and punctuality for scheduled shifts (Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00).
  • Basic proficiency in operating common kitchen equipment and tools.
  • Respect for religious practices and a willingness to observe personal prayer routines as required.
