Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Female Security Officer for the morning shift to join our professional security team. This position is essential to safeguarding our workplace environment, protecting valuable assets, and ensuring the safety of employees, visitors, and contractors. The successful candidate will work from 08:00 to 17:00 and will be the first line of defense in maintaining a secure and welcoming atmosphere across our premises.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough security patrols of assigned zones, checking entrances, exits, and interior spaces for any irregularities.
- Verify the identity of all visitors, employees, and deliveries, documenting and controlling the flow of people and goods in and out of the facility.
- Monitor CCTV systems (where available) to detect suspicious activity and respond promptly to alarms or alerts.
- Provide courteous assistance to female guests and staff, including escorting them through secure areas when required.
- Maintain order by enforcing company policies, directing traffic, and offering clear information to visitors.
- Prepare accurate incident reports and daily activity logs, communicating any potential security threats to supervisors without delay.
- Respond to emergency situations—such as fire, medical incidents, or security breaches—following established protocols and coordinating with emergency services.
- Participate in regular safety drills, training sessions, and briefings to stay current with the latest security practices.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Female, physically fit, and mentally resilient, with a professional appearance and proportional height.
- At least 1 year of experience in a security or related role, preferably in an office or industrial setting.
- Possession of a valid Gada Pratama (GP) certificate is highly preferred.
- Strong observational skills, high vigilance, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Excellent communication and customer‑service abilities, with a friendly yet authoritative demeanor.
- Capability to handle conflict resolution, emergency response, and basic first‑aid procedures.
- Willingness to work on a shift basis, including occasional overtime or weekend duties.
- Proficiency in basic security software, report writing, and understanding of safety regulations.
