As a Financial Advisor (FA), you will act as a trusted financial planner for our retail and corporate customers, delivering tailored insurance solutions that protect their future and align with their financial goals.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive financial needs analyses for individual and corporate clients, identifying gaps and recommending appropriate insurance products.
- Develop personalized insurance plans, including life, health, and asset protection policies, that meet regulatory standards and client objectives.
- Present and market AXA Mandiri insurance solutions through consultative selling techniques, ensuring a high conversion rate and client satisfaction.
- Manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals and post‑sale follow‑up.
- Assist clients with claim submissions, coordinate with underwriting teams, and resolve any complaints or inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, policy details, and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product enhancements, and regulatory changes to provide informed advice.
- Collaborate with branch managers and other financial specialists at Bank Mandiri locations to cross‑sell complementary services.
- Participate in regular training programs and professional development workshops to continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to the overall growth of the branch.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
- Age: Up to 38 years old.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- At least 1–2 years of proven experience in the financial services or insurance industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Professional appearance and a customer‑service oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Self‑motivated, goal‑driven, and able to work independently as well as within a team.
- Basic understanding of Indonesian financial regulations and insurance compliance.
