Responsibilities
- Lead daily kitchen operations, ensuring all dishes are prepared to the highest standards of taste, presentation, and consistency.
- Develop and update menu items in collaboration with the culinary manager, taking into account seasonal ingredients and cost efficiency.
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and proper storage of raw materials to minimize waste.
- Supervise and train junior kitchen staff, providing clear instructions, performance feedback, and on‑the‑job coaching.
- Maintain rigorous food safety and sanitation protocols, conducting regular inspections and ensuring compliance with local health regulations.
- Coordinate with front‑of‑house teams to align service timings, manage order flow, and resolve any operational issues promptly.
- Prepare detailed daily reports on production output, ingredient usage, and any incidents that may affect service quality.
- Participate in shift planning, ensuring an 8‑hour work schedule that meets the restaurant’s peak service periods.
- Utilize a personal vehicle to transport supplies when necessary and to commute between the workplace and residence.
- Foster a positive work environment by demonstrating reliability, honesty, and a strong sense of responsibility.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Gender: Female (per company policy).
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and own a reliable vehicle.
- Not currently enrolled in any educational program.
- Demonstrated honesty, accountability, and a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to work an 8‑hour shift schedule, Monday through Saturday (08:00 – 17:00).
- Ability to adapt to a fast‑paced kitchen environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills; capable of leading and motivating staff.
- Familiarity with basic store management systems (Sistem Manajemen Toko) is an advantage.
