Introduction
We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Sales Manager Assistant to join our dynamic sales team. Responsibilities
- Assist the Sales Manager in developing and executing sales strategies that align with company goals.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports, highlighting key metrics such as conversion rates, average deal size, and forecast accuracy.
- Coordinate communication between the sales team, marketing, and product departments to ensure timely delivery of promotional materials and product updates.
- Support the planning and logistics of client meetings, product demonstrations, and sales events, including travel arrangements and agenda preparation.
- Conduct market and competitor analyses to identify emerging trends, pricing opportunities, and potential new customer segments.
- Maintain the CRM system, ensuring that all leads, opportunities, and customer interactions are accurately logged and updated.
- Assist in the creation of sales presentations, proposals, and contract documents, tailoring content to the specific needs of each prospect.
- Monitor sales targets and provide actionable insights to help the team stay on track and exceed quotas.
- Facilitate upselling and cross‑selling initiatives by identifying complementary products and services for existing customers.
- Handle routine administrative tasks such as invoice processing, order verification, and follow‑up communications.
Requirements
- Minimum of a high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; further education in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- At least 2 years of experience in a sales support or assistant role within a B2B or retail environment.
- Strong creative and positive attitude with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Excellent decision‑making and upselling skills, demonstrated through measurable sales improvements.
- Effective communication and coordination abilities, both written and verbal, in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Target‑oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance goals.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with occasional flexibility for events or urgent client needs.
