Introduction

We are seeking a diligent and enthusiastic Karyawan Administrasi Operasional to join our vibrant food‑service team. This position is ideal for a motivated individual who enjoys the fast‑paced environment of a restaurant while supporting daily operational tasks. As an operational admin, you will blend culinary preparation with front‑of‑house service, ensuring every guest experiences seamless hospitality from the moment they walk in until they leave.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare popular menu items such as nasi goreng, boiled noodles, and a variety of side dishes with consistency and quality.
  • Craft refreshing beverages including iced tea, fruit juices, and specialty drinks like teh telur, adhering to recipe standards.
  • Serve as a waiter, taking orders, delivering meals, and handling guest inquiries with a friendly demeanor.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work station, including proper food storage, sanitation, and equipment upkeep.
  • Assist with inventory management, tracking stock levels of ingredients, beverages, and disposable items.
  • Support cash handling procedures, process payments, and generate end‑of‑day sales reports.
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff and management to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.
  • Handle occasional administrative tasks such as updating the store management system, logging daily activities, and preparing simple reports.
  • Participate in regular staff briefings, training sessions, and health‑safety drills to continuously improve service standards.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing complaints promptly and turning challenges into positive experiences.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Age: up to 30 years old (flexible based on experience).
  • Gender: Female.
  • No prior experience required; on‑the‑job training will be provided.
  • Demonstrated ability to cook basic dishes such as fried rice and boiled noodles.
  • Proficiency in preparing a range of beverages, including iced tea, juices, and specialty drinks.
  • Comfortable working as a waiter, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of a store management system or willingness to learn.
  • Excellent time‑management, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Positive attitude, teamwork spirit, and a genuine passion for hospitality.
