Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Kolektor Lapangan to join our dynamic team covering the Bojonegoro region. This field collector will play a critical role in maintaining healthy cash flow by engaging directly with customers who have outstanding loan installments. The position offers a structured work week from Monday to Saturday, with regular office hours of 08:00‑17:00, providing a stable environment for professionals who thrive on face‑to‑face interaction and problem‑solving.
Responsibilities
- Conduct scheduled and ad‑hoc visits to customer residences and businesses throughout Bojonegoro to assess payment status.
- Perform collection activities, including the issuance of payment notices, receipt of cash, and processing of electronic transfers.
- Negotiate repayment plans with customers experiencing financial difficulty, ensuring agreements are realistic and compliant with company policy.
- Educate borrowers on the importance of timely payments, the consequences of delinquency, and available assistance programs.
- Prepare and submit detailed daily, weekly, and monthly visitation reports, highlighting key metrics such as amounts recovered, outstanding balances, and any escalated cases.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system, documenting all interactions, promises to pay, and follow‑up actions.
- Coordinate with the finance and legal departments to flag high‑risk accounts and initiate further collection procedures when necessary.
- Observe and report any suspicious activity or potential fraud encountered during field visits.
- Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on collection strategies, regulatory changes, and product knowledge.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Male candidates preferred in accordance with regional operational guidelines.
- No upper age limit; candidates of any age with the right attitude are welcome.
- Zero to several years of experience in field collection, sales, or customer service; fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities in Bahasa Indonesia; basic proficiency in local dialects is a plus.
- Strong negotiation and conflict‑resolution skills, with a calm demeanor when handling difficult conversations.
- Proven reliability, punctuality, and a self‑motivated work ethic.
- Basic literacy with mobile devices and familiarity with Microsoft Office or similar reporting tools.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within the Bojonegoro area.
