Introduction
PT. Prima Manufacturing, a leading producer of high‑quality industrial components in Indonesia, is seeking an experienced Admin Finance & Accounting professional to join our dynamic team at the Bandung warehouse (Gudang Bandung). This role is pivotal in ensuring the accuracy, timeliness, and compliance of all financial operations that support our manufacturing and logistics activities. The successful candidate will work closely with internal audit, logistics, and senior management to safeguard the company’s financial integrity while driving process improvements.
Responsibilities
- Process and verify daily financial transactions, including invoicing, vendor payments, and journal entries, ensuring they are accurately recorded in the accounting system.
- Prepare, review, and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly financial statements and management reports that provide insight into cash flow, profitability, and operational efficiency.
- Compile and file tax reports such as PPN, PPh 21, and PPh 23, maintaining complete supporting documentation to satisfy regulatory requirements.
- Validate the authenticity of payment and expense documents (invoices, receipts, credit notes) and resolve any discrepancies.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors during periodic financial examinations, providing necessary schedules and explanations.
- Perform regular bank reconciliations and general ledger reconciliations, identifying and correcting variances promptly.
- Manage petty‑cash operations, including disbursement, monitoring, and monthly reconciliation with bank statements.
- Ensure that shipping documents (delivery orders, packing lists, invoices) match the physical goods dispatched or received, reducing errors in inventory valuation.
- Liaise with the logistics team to schedule and confirm inbound and outbound shipments, supporting accurate cost allocation.
- Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization within the finance function, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Age 35 years or younger; no maximum age limit otherwise.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, V‑lookups, macros) and PowerPoint for reporting.
- Strong analytical mindset, meticulous attention to detail, and a results‑oriented work ethic.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English.
- Demonstrated integrity, high ethical standards, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a cross‑functional team.
- Hands‑on experience with accounting software such as Accurate, SAP, Jurnal, or comparable ERP systems.
- Professional certification (Brevet A & B) is highly preferred.

- Ability to work Monday‑Friday, 08:00‑17:00, with occasional overtime during peak periods.
