We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Officer Penagihan Remedial to join our Muara Bulian (Jambi) branch. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in safeguarding the company’s cash flow by ensuring timely collection of overdue receivables while maintaining strong relationships with our valued customers.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end‑to‑end collection process for accounts receivable (A/R) that are past due, ensuring that all actions are performed in accordance with company policy and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor daily aging reports, identify high‑risk accounts, and prioritize collection activities based on risk exposure and outstanding balances.
- Conduct outbound calls, send written reminders, and arrange on‑site visits when necessary to negotiate payment plans or settlements.
- Collaborate closely with the Credit, Legal, and Customer Service teams to resolve disputes, address documentation gaps, and update customer records accurately.
- Prepare and present regular performance dashboards to management, highlighting collection rates, delinquency trends, and actionable insights.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of customer data and adhere to internal control procedures throughout the collection cycle.
- Continuously improve collection strategies by staying informed about industry best practices and emerging credit‑risk management tools.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (Diploma) or S1 (Bachelor) in any discipline; recent graduates are welcome to apply.
- Male candidates, maximum age of 30 years.
- At least 1 year of experience in credit monitoring, debt collection, or related financial services; experience in a multifinance environment is a strong advantage.
- Solid understanding of multifinance business processes and a results‑driven mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proven negotiation abilities.
- High integrity, resilience, meticulous attention to detail, and a reputation for honesty.
- Proficiency in using collection software, spreadsheet analysis, and basic reporting tools.
- Willingness to work at the Adira Finance office located in Muara Bulian, according to the candidate’s domicile.
