BCA Finance is seeking a motivated Konsultan Akun Lapangan to join our dynamic team at the Banjarnegara branch. This field‑account consultant role is a cornerstone of our collections and customer‑relationship strategy, ensuring timely payments while preserving strong, trust‑based connections with our clients. Responsibilities
- Conduct timely reminders to customers whose payments are past the due date, using both telephone outreach and personal visits.
- Observe and analyze customer payment behaviors to identify patterns and potential risk factors.
- Prepare and submit accurate collection reports, documenting each interaction and the outcome of collection efforts.
- Maintain a courteous and professional demeanor during all customer contacts, safeguarding the company’s reputation and fostering long‑term loyalty.
- Coordinate with internal teams—such as credit, legal, and service departments—to resolve disputes and negotiate repayment plans.
- Travel within the Banjarnegara region on a regular basis, ensuring coverage of all assigned accounts.
- Adhere strictly to BCA Finance’s data‑privacy policies in accordance with UU No. 27/2022 on Personal Data Protection.
- Participate in continuous training sessions to stay updated on regulatory changes and best practices in debt collection.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 or S1 in any discipline with a GPA of at least 2.50.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior experience is not mandatory.
- Male candidates only, as stipulated by the posting.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret payment data.
- Excellent interpersonal and persuasive communication abilities.
- Possession of a valid SIM C driver’s license and a personal motorcycle for field travel.
- Residency within Banjarnegara or surrounding areas.
- Willingness to be stationed permanently at the BCA Finance Banjarnegara branch.
- Commitment to work Monday through Friday, 08:30 – 17:30, adhering to the company’s attendance policies.
