Introduction
We are seeking a motivated Staff Administrasi (ADM) to join our dynamic team in the Mojokerto and Jombang branches of East Java. This entry‑level administrative position plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of daily office activities, supporting both management and frontline staff. The ideal candidate is a detail‑oriented male professional, up to 25 years old, with a minimum D3/D4 education and a strong command of Microsoft Office.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and archiving documents to maintain an organized office environment.
- Prepare, edit, and distribute internal communications, memos, and reports in a timely manner.
- Manage the reception area, greet visitors, and handle incoming calls with professionalism.
- Coordinate scheduling of meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for branch staff.
- Maintain accurate data entry in company databases, ensuring information is up‑to‑date and error‑free.
- Assist in the preparation of financial documents, including expense reports and invoice processing.
- Support inventory control by logging office supplies and coordinating re‑orders.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline workflow and improve operational efficiency.
- Monitor attendance records and generate attendance allowance reports.
- Provide ad‑hoc support for special projects, events, and audits as required.
Requirements
- Male candidate, maximum age of 25 years.
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (or S1) in any discipline with a GPA of at least 2.75.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience; fresh graduates will also be considered if they demonstrate strong potential.
- Professional and tidy appearance with a positive demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in Bahasa Indonesia.
- Highly meticulous, capable of handling multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
- Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and a proactive attitude toward problem‑solving.
