PT. Bandara Sultan Hasanuddin is seeking enthusiastic and dynamic individuals to join our Staf Penjualan Posko Mudik 2026 team. This seasonal position is based at the bustling Sultan Hasanuddin Airport, the gateway for millions of travelers during the annual mudik (homecoming) period. As part of the sales booth (Posko) team, you will play a crucial role in delivering a smooth and memorable experience for passengers while promoting airport services, retail products, and special event offers.
The role is ideal for motivated women aged 18‑28 who thrive in fast‑paced, customer‑focused environments and are eager to meet daily sales targets. If you are confident, friendly, and have a flair for communication, this position offers a rewarding opportunity to develop your sales and event‑management skills.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist passengers entering the mudik sales booth with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Promote and sell a variety of airport services, travel packages, and retail merchandise, ensuring clear explanation of benefits and pricing.
- Achieve daily sales targets by actively engaging customers, upselling complementary products, and handling promotional campaigns.
- Maintain an attractive and organized booth display, restocking items as needed and ensuring all promotional materials are up‑to‑date.
- Process transactions accurately, manage cash handling procedures, and reconcile daily sales reports.
- Collaborate with event coordinators and other airport staff to support special SPG (Sales Promotion Girl) activities and seasonal events.
- Collect customer feedback and report market insights to the sales manager to help refine future campaigns.
- Adhere to all safety, health, and security protocols mandated by the airport authority.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay informed about new products, sales techniques, and customer service standards.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Gender: Female.
- Age: 18‑28 years.
- Appearance: Well‑groomed, presentable, and able to represent the brand positively.
- Communication: Excellent verbal skills, clear articulation, and the ability to engage a diverse customer base.
- Personality: Confident, approachable, and enthusiastic with a strong service mindset.
- Experience: Prior experience as an SPG, event promoter, or in retail sales is a significant advantage.
- Target‑Oriented: Willingness to meet and exceed daily sales targets.
- Skills: Basic sales development techniques, cash handling, and proficiency in using point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
- Availability: Work schedule from Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with flexibility for peak travel days.
