Responsibilities
- Monitor and supervise the chat and packing administrators, ensuring that communication with customers and internal order processing are performed accurately and within established SOPs.
- Coordinate daily and weekly shipment schedules, aligning delivery windows with customer expectations and carrier availability.
- Maintain comprehensive records of all outbound and inbound shipments, using Microsoft Excel to track dates, quantities, and any discrepancies.
- Oversee the unloading of goods received from suppliers, verifying quantities against purchase orders and documenting any damages or shortages.
- Prepare and submit timely reports on inbound goods, inventory movements, and delivery performance for management review.
- Collaborate with the procurement and warehouse teams to resolve logistical bottlenecks and improve turnaround times.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives, such as digitizing paperwork or refining scheduling algorithms, to enhance operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all handling and transportation activities.
- Provide coaching and feedback to admin staff, fostering a culture of accountability, precision, and teamwork.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Gender: Female.
- Age: 30 – 40 years.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in logistics, shipping coordination, or administrative operations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining high accuracy.
- Strong analytical mindset with the capability to interpret shipment data and identify trends.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise effectively with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Personal attributes: decisive, disciplined, responsible, and able to work independently under pressure.
- Technical skills: familiarity with inventory management systems or ERP platforms is a plus.
