Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Mekanik Perawatan dan Perbaikan Mesin Industri to join our growing automotive service team. This role focuses on the installation, maintenance, and customization of vehicle lighting systems, as well as general mechanical support for industrial machines. Responsibilities
- Install, troubleshoot, and repair automotive lighting components, ensuring proper fit and function for a wide range of vehicle models.
- Perform routine maintenance on industrial machinery, including lubrication, part replacement, and system diagnostics.
- Execute custom modifications on specific parts to meet client specifications, while maintaining high standards of craftsmanship.
- Read and interpret basic wiring diagrams, ensuring correct electrical connections and safety compliance.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, safeguarding both tools and finished products.
- Collaborate closely with fellow technicians and supervisors to coordinate workflow, share knowledge, and meet production deadlines.
- Document all work performed, including parts used, time spent, and any issues encountered, to support quality control and future reference.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay up‑to‑date with the latest automotive lighting technologies and industry best practices.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: 20 – 35 years old.
- Gender: Male.
- Experience: At least 1 year of hands‑on work in automotive mechanics; experience with vehicle lighting is a strong plus.
- Core Skills:
- Proficiency in automotive mechanical repair and maintenance.
- Basic understanding of electrical wiring and circuitry.
- Ability to read technical manuals and schematics.
- Soft Skills:
- Honesty, diligence, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Discipline and punctuality in attendance and task completion.
- Effective teamwork as well as the capability to work independently.
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to evolving industry standards.
- Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 09:00 – 16:00.
