Responsibilities
- Develop eye‑catching Instagram feed and story graphics that increase follower interaction and reinforce campaign messaging.
- Create compelling banner ads for major marketplaces such as Shopee, Tokopedia, and others, adhering to each platform’s specifications.
- Design printed collateral—including posters, flyers, brochures, and promotional flyers—that reflect brand consistency and high production quality.
- Conceptualise and build responsive website and landing‑page layouts using modern design principles.
- Edit and retouch product photos, as well as produce short‑form video content and motion graphics for social media reels and ads.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, copywriting, and product teams to translate strategic briefs into visual solutions.
- Maintain an organized asset library and ensure all files are delivered in the appropriate formats and resolutions.
- Stay up‑to‑date with emerging design tools, typography trends, color theory, and social media best practices, sharing insights with the team.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year professional experience in graphic design; fresh graduates with a strong portfolio are also considered.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and Figma.
- Solid understanding of layout composition, typography, and color theory.
- Bonus skills: motion graphics creation and short‑video editing.
- Creative mindset with a pulse on current social media trends and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Bekasi, as the role requires full on‑site attendance (WFO).
- Educational background of at least SMA/SMK or equivalent.
