Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, address inquiries, and provide product recommendations to enhance satisfaction.

- Prepare customer orders, including precise cutting (menggoren) and attractive plating, while adhering to food safety protocols.
- Operate the point‑of‑sale (POS) system efficiently, handling cash, credit, and digital payments with zero errors.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the booth, equipment, and surrounding area throughout the shift, following sanitation guidelines.
- Monitor and replenish inventory of raw ingredients and supplies, reporting low stock levels to the store manager promptly.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and other crew members to streamline workflow during peak periods.
- Assist in training new team members on standard operating procedures, customer interaction techniques, and safety practices.
- Participate in daily briefings to communicate any operational issues, promotional updates, or policy changes.
- Contribute ideas for improving service efficiency, menu presentation, and overall guest experience.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
