Introduction

We are seeking a proactive and organized Koordinator Kesekretariatan dan Pengelolaan Murid to join our dynamic education team. This pivotal role combines secretarial expertise with student management responsibilities, ensuring smooth administrative operations and a supportive environment for our learners. The successful candidate will act as a bridge between faculty, students, and external partners, maintaining accurate records, facilitating communication, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our institution.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily secretariat activities, including handling incoming calls, emails, and official correspondence.
  • Maintain and update student enrollment databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Coordinate the preparation of academic schedules, examination timetables, and event calendars.
  • Oversee the issuance of student certificates, transcripts, and other official documents.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new students, guiding them through administrative procedures and orientation programs.
  • Collaborate with teaching staff to collect and disseminate class materials, attendance records, and performance reports.
  • Prepare regular management reports on student demographics, retention rates, and administrative KPIs.
  • Supervise a small team of administrative assistants, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
  • Handle ad‑hoc projects such as audit preparation, policy updates, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Respond promptly to student inquiries, resolving issues related to documentation, scheduling, or general concerns.
  • Ensure compliance with national education regulations and internal quality standards.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Age: 20 – 28 years.
  • Gender: Open to all genders.
  • Experience: Prior experience in administration, secretariat, or student services is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Core skills: Strong administrative abilities, proficiency with office software (MS Office, Google Workspace), and basic data entry.
  • Soft skills: Excellent communication, ability to work under pressure, strong teamwork orientation, and keen attention to detail.
  • Availability: Willingness to work Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
  • Personal attributes: High level of integrity, reliability, and a commitment to supporting student success.
