Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Barista Profesional Penyaji Minuman Kopi to join our vibrant café team. As the face of our coffeehouse, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional beverage experiences to our guests, maintaining the highest standards of quality, hygiene, and customer service. Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of coffee and tea beverages, including espresso‑based drinks, pour‑overs, cold brews, and specialty seasonal creations.
- Operate coffee equipment safely and efficiently, ensuring proper calibration, cleaning, and routine maintenance of espresso machines, grinders, and brewing devices.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to food‑safety regulations and sanitation protocols throughout each shift.
- Provide friendly, knowledgeable service by answering guest inquiries, offering recommendations, and handling special dietary or flavor requests.
- Accurately handle cash transactions, process digital payments, and manage point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
- Collaborate with teammates to restock inventory, receive deliveries, and rotate stock to minimize waste.
- Participate in regular training sessions on new coffee trends, brewing techniques, and product knowledge.
- Uphold the café’s brand standards by presenting a well‑groomed appearance and communicating in a courteous, professional manner.
- Work flexible shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends, as required by the schedule (Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00).
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: 23 years or older.

- Honest, disciplined, and responsible attitude with a strong work ethic.
- Excellent teamwork skills; able to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
- Willingness to work shift schedules and adapt to changing service demands.
- Neat, presentable appearance and strong communication abilities.
- Not currently enrolled in any academic program (full‑time availability).
- Must have never been convicted of fraud or dishonesty (“TIDAK PERNA BERMAN JUDOL”).
- Basic barista skills or a genuine interest in learning coffee preparation techniques.
