Introduction
We are looking for a dynamic and customer‑focused Crew Store – Koordinator Penjualan dan Pelayanan Pelanggan to join our fast‑growing retail and food‑service team. This role serves as the frontline bridge between our customers and our product offerings, ensuring every interaction is handled with professionalism, efficiency, and a friendly attitude. As a coordinator, you will not only manage daily sales activities but also lead a small team of crew members to deliver consistent service excellence across all operating hours.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily sales operations, ensuring that sales targets are met or exceeded.
- Supervise and mentor a crew of sales and service staff, providing coaching on product knowledge, upselling techniques, and customer engagement.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly, turning challenges into opportunities for loyalty building.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels for both food and non‑food items, coordinating with the supply chain team to avoid stockouts.
- Prepare and present daily sales reports, highlighting trends, peak periods, and areas for improvement.
- Implement and enforce hygiene, safety, and service standards in accordance with industry regulations.
- Assist in organizing promotional events, seasonal campaigns, and special offers to drive foot traffic.
- Ensure cash handling procedures are strictly followed, including reconciliation of cash drawers at shift end.
- Collaborate with marketing and visual merchandising teams to create attractive product displays.
- Adapt work schedules and allocate staff efficiently to cover the extended operating hours from 08:00 to 23:00, seven days a week.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.

- Strong communication skills with a friendly, disciplined, and team‑oriented mindset.
- At least 1 year of experience in a sales, retail, or customer‑service role (fresh graduates may be considered if they demonstrate strong aptitude).
- Proficiency in basic food and beverage service etiquette and the ability to handle both food and non‑food product inquiries.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, within the 08:00‑23:00 schedule.
- Basic computer literacy for reporting and inventory management.
- Problem‑solving attitude with a focus on delivering a positive customer experience.
