Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Perawat Gigi Klinis with a solid background in patient‑centred dental care to join our fast‑growing dental clinic network. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of hands‑on experience in a dental setting, a minimum educational credential of D3 Keperawatan Gigi (or related health‑care field), and a passion for continuous learning and professional development.
Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during examinations, procedures, and surgeries, ensuring instruments are handed promptly and safely.
- Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment according to strict infection‑control protocols, documenting each step for compliance.
- Conduct pre‑operative patient assessments, record medical histories, and verify consent forms.
- Provide clear, empathetic oral health education to patients of all ages, covering topics such as post‑operative care, oral hygiene techniques, and preventive strategies.
- Maintain accurate patient records in the clinic’s electronic health system, updating treatment plans and follow‑up appointments.
- Manage the inventory of dental supplies, order materials as needed, and ensure proper storage conditions.
- Participate in weekly team briefings, case reviews, and quality‑assurance meetings to improve clinical outcomes.
- Support emergency dental care situations, including triage and immediate assistance under the dentist’s direction.
- Attend and actively engage in mandatory training sessions, workshops, and certification courses to stay current with industry best practices.
- Uphold professional ethics, patient confidentiality, and a courteous clinic environment at all times.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3 Keperawatan Gigi or any health‑related diploma (SMA/SMK/Sederajat acceptable with relevant experience).
- At least 1 year of practical experience as a dental nurse/assistant in a clinical setting.
- Proficiency in dental instrument sterilization, aseptic techniques, and chair‑side assistance.
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; ability to explain procedures and care instructions clearly.
- Friendly, patient‑oriented demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail, organizational ability, and commitment to maintaining strict hygiene standards.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends (Monday–Sunday, 08:00‑17:00).
