Introduction
We are seeking a motivated Officer Kredit Marketing Area Sampit to join our dynamic team. This entry‑level position offers a unique opportunity for recent graduates or individuals with minimal experience to develop a solid foundation in credit marketing within the financial services sector. The successful candidate will work closely with senior marketing staff, field officers, and branch managers to promote loan products, generate leads, and support the growth of our credit portfolio in the Sampit region.
Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and identify potential customer segments for credit products.
- Assist in developing and executing targeted marketing campaigns, both offline (flyers, community events) and online (social media, email).
- Visit prospective clients, present loan offerings, and explain eligibility criteria and repayment terms.
- Collect and verify required documentation from applicants, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
- Maintain a daily activity log and update the CRM system with lead status, customer interactions, and follow‑up actions.
- Collaborate with the credit underwriting team to streamline the application process and reduce processing time.
- Provide regular performance reports to the Area Manager, highlighting achievements, challenges, and market insights.
- Participate in community outreach programs and local business networking events to increase brand visibility.
- Continuously monitor competitor activities and suggest adjustments to our marketing strategy.
- Ensure all promotional materials comply with corporate branding guidelines and legal requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age between 19 and 30 years (maximum 32 years acceptable).
- Male candidates only, as per the current operational policy.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience are welcome.
- Possession of a valid motorbike (sepeda motor) and an active SIM C driving license.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Quick adaptability to changing market conditions and a willingness to learn.
- Basic computer literacy, especially familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Commitment to work from Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
