Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily laundry production activities to meet client delivery timelines.
- Supervise a team of laundry operators, ensuring adherence to SOPs, safety guidelines, and hygiene standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of washing, drying, and ironing equipment to guarantee optimal performance.
- Track inventory of detergents, chemicals, and consumables, initiating re‑order processes when thresholds are reached.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives aimed at reducing turnaround time and waste.
- Maintain accurate production logs, generate performance reports, and present insights to senior management.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to service quality, providing prompt resolutions.
- Coordinate with the procurement and maintenance departments to schedule preventive maintenance and equipment upgrades.
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and company policies on waste disposal and energy usage.
- Foster a positive team culture by encouraging open communication, recognizing achievements, and providing on‑the‑job coaching.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Gender: Female (as specified by the employer).
- Preferred experience: Prior work in the laundry or textile cleaning industry.
- Strong work ethic: Honesty, discipline, and a friendly demeanor.
- Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.
- Basic knowledge of laundry equipment operation and maintenance.
- Ability to manage shift schedules for a Monday‑Saturday work week.
