Introduction
We are seeking a motivated Koordinator Produksi Dimsum to join our fast‑growing food manufacturing facility that specializes in premium frozen dim sum for both domestic and export markets. The role is pivotal in ensuring that our production lines operate smoothly, meet stringent quality standards, and deliver on the brand promise of authentic taste and consistency. Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule, and monitor daily dim sum production runs to achieve target volumes while minimizing waste.
- Coordinate with procurement, quality assurance, and maintenance teams to ensure raw material availability and equipment readiness.
- Supervise a crew of line operators, providing clear instructions, on‑the‑job training, and performance feedback.
- Implement and enforce food safety and HACCP protocols throughout the manufacturing process.
- Conduct regular visual inspections and in‑process checks to maintain product consistency, appearance, and taste.
- Analyze production data, identify bottlenecks, and recommend process improvements or automation opportunities.
- Prepare shift reports, including output figures, downtime incidents, and corrective actions taken.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging employee suggestions and leading Kaizen events.
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations, occupational health and safety standards, and company policies.
- Assist in the development of new dim sum varieties by collaborating with R&D on trial batches and scaling successful recipes.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.

- Preferably prior experience in food manufacturing or a related production role.
- Strong teamwork orientation with the ability to lead and motivate a production crew.
- Honest, responsible, and able to uphold the highest standards of food safety.
- Basic cooking or food preparation skills, particularly familiarity with Asian dough and filling techniques.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English for reading technical documents.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with occasional overtime during peak seasons.
- Proficiency in using production planning software and basic Microsoft Office applications.
