We are seeking a motivated and diligent Koordinator Prosesing to join our dynamic team in Tangerang (TG Naga). The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that daily processing operations run smoothly, on schedule, and meet quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily processing activities across multiple departments, ensuring tasks are completed within the established timeline.
- Maintain up‑to‑date production schedules, monitor progress, and adjust resources to resolve bottlenecks promptly.
- Prepare and verify documentation such as work orders, processing logs, and quality check reports.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, vendors, and clients to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
- Assist in training new staff on standard operating procedures, safety guidelines, and the use of relevant software tools.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and customer specifications.
- Utilize 3D Max for basic visualizations and layout planning when required by the processing team.
- Provide daily status updates to supervisors and suggest process improvements based on observed trends.
- Support inventory management by tracking material usage and reporting shortages or excesses.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, contributing ideas to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum of SMP/MTS or equivalent (high school diploma is also acceptable).
- Age: Candidates must be 45 years old or younger.
- Gender: All genders are welcomed.
- Experience: No prior professional experience required; fresh graduates with a strong work ethic are encouraged to apply.
- Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in 3D Max for simple modeling tasks; ability to quickly adapt to new software tools.
- Personal Attributes: High level of commitment, reliability, and a genuine willingness to work hard.
- Documentation: Must be able to provide photocopies of Kartu Keluarga (family card), KTP (identity card), and the most recent educational certificate (SD, SMP, SMA).
- Work Availability: Ready to work full‑time, Monday to Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00.
