Introduction

We are seeking a highly motivated Supervisor Operasional Food & Beverage to join our dynamic hospitality team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day‑to‑day operations of our food and beverage outlets, ensuring that service standards exceed guest expectations while maintaining strict adherence to safety and quality protocols. This full‑time position follows a Monday‑to‑Saturday schedule (08:00 – 17:00) and offers the opportunity to lead a dedicated team within a fast‑growing restaurant and hotel environment.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate all front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house activities across multiple dining outlets, including restaurants, bars, room service, and catering functions.
  • Develop daily work schedules, assign tasks, and monitor staff performance to guarantee efficient service flow and optimal labor utilization.
  • Implement and monitor the VHP (Very High Performance) System Program, ensuring compliance with hygiene, safety, and operational standards.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks, manage stock levels of food, beverages, and supplies, and work closely with purchasing to control waste and reduce costs.
  • Maintain rigorous quality control by inspecting food preparation, presentation, and service delivery, addressing any deviations promptly.
  • Handle guest feedback, resolve complaints, and implement corrective actions to continuously improve the guest experience.
  • Prepare operational reports, analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, labor cost, and food cost, and present actionable insights to senior management.
  • Train, mentor, and evaluate team members, fostering a culture of professionalism, teamwork, and continuous learning.
  • Ensure all health, safety, and sanitation regulations are met, conducting regular audits and coordinating with external inspectors when needed.
  • Collaborate with the culinary, marketing, and finance departments to launch promotions, seasonal menus, and special events.

Requirements

  • Male candidate, minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of proven experience in a supervisory role within the food and beverage industry.
  • Strong familiarity with the VHP System Program or similar operational management tools.
  • Excellent attention to detail, with a target‑oriented mindset focused on achieving service excellence and financial goals.
  • Outstanding communication skills, capable of working independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and make quick, effective decisions.
  • High level of integrity, strong personal ethics, and a positive attitude that inspires staff.
  • Proficient in basic computer applications (MS Office) and point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
