Introduction

The successful candidate will operate within a fast‑paced environment, coordinating between internal departments and external suppliers to support our manufacturing and distribution processes.
Responsibilities
- Procurement Planning: Develop weekly and monthly purchasing plans based on production schedules, inventory levels, and forecasted demand.
- Vendor Management: Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with reliable suppliers, ensuring compliance with company standards and fostering long‑term partnerships.
- Cost Control & Budgeting: Apply controlling methods to monitor purchase costs, analyze price variances, and implement cost‑saving initiatives.
- Order Processing: Issue purchase orders, track order status, and coordinate with logistics to guarantee on‑time receipt of materials.
- Inventory Coordination: Work closely with the warehouse team to maintain optimal stock levels, reduce excess inventory, and prevent stock‑outs.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Compile purchasing data, produce performance dashboards, and present insights to senior management for strategic decision‑making.
- Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all procurement activities comply with internal policies, legal regulations, and industry standards, maintaining accurate records for audits.
- Continuous Improvement: Lead initiatives to streamline purchasing processes, adopt best practices, and integrate new technologies such as e‑procurement platforms.
Requirements
- Gender: Male
- Age: Minimum 27 years, maximum 35 years
- Education: Minimum a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any discipline; a background in Business, Engineering, or Supply Chain is preferred
- Experience: At least 3 years of hands‑on experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain operations, preferably within a manufacturing or FMCG environment
- Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of controlling methods and cost‑analysis techniques
- Proficiency in competitor analysis, data acquisition, and material sourcing
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing market conditions and supplier dynamics
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent negotiation and communication abilities
- Analytical mindset with strong problem‑solving capabilities
- Team‑player attitude combined with independent decision‑making
- High level of organization, attention to detail, and time‑management
- Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:30
