Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Leader Service – Penanggung Jawab Pengelolaan Layanan to oversee the daily operations of our service department. This pivotal role combines strategic oversight with hands‑on management, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service experiences while maintaining efficient internal processes. Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate a multidisciplinary team to deliver high‑quality service across all touchpoints.
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve service standards, SOPs, and quality control measures.
- Monitor daily performance metrics, analyze trends, and generate actionable reports for senior management.
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring swift resolution and maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Schedule and supervise staff shifts, ensuring optimal coverage from Monday to Saturday (08:00 – 17:00).
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team skills in communication, problem‑solving, and product knowledge.
- Collaborate closely with the food and beverage management team to align service delivery with menu offerings and inventory controls.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards relevant to the hospitality industry.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, integrity, and accountability, encouraging both individual initiative and collective success.
- Prepare and present monthly performance reviews, highlighting achievements, challenges, and improvement plans.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in service management, preferably within food & beverage or hospitality sectors.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to convey information clearly to staff and customers.
- Demonstrated honesty, responsibility, and a high level of professionalism.
- Proven capability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Resilience under pressure; ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines.
